Marc A. Sheiness is a native Texan. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Baylor University School of Law where he was a member and President of the legal fraternity, PAD. He also was a member of the Baylor Law Review. He graduated from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and was the Maroon Band Drum Major of the A&M Band.

Marc is admitted to practice law in all State courts in Texas and in all four federal court jurisdictions in the State. Mr. Sheiness has over 30 years of civil litigation experience, including significant trial experience in the state and federal courts of Texas. He is board-certified in personal injury law. Areas of concentration include: products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability, church liability, bad faith litigation and commercial litigation. Within the arena of defending product manufacturers, he has been called upon to defend manufacturers of such products as rifles, helmets, chairs, motorcycles, automobiles, and medical devices.

Mr. Sheiness is a founding member of Eagle International Associates, Inc. and is a member of the Defense Research Institute.
